Established in Quezon City during the pandemic last August 2020, Chef Ross is an online food business that offers a fusion of primarily Filipino and Italian cuisine, with staple original family recipes as its menu.
They offer catering services but mainly operate through door-to-door deliveries.

Our own take on this Filipino favorite, using traditional Palabok ingredients with non-traditional noodles. Generously sprinkled with traditional Palabok toppings. A favorite of our extended family and friends.
Bolognese
Classic recipe from Bologna, Italy. This meat-based sauce is a specialty of the chef, passed down from family that lived in Italy. Topped with parmigiano cheese.
Creamy Mushroom Pasta
A hearty cream based sauce with smoked bacon, mushroom and herbs. Served over a bed of fettucine pasta.
